  1. The rules for processing personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the legal relationship for processing personal data between the owner of the website, Zhmak.info, hereinafter referred to as the Advertising Distributor) and the Client (a capable individual who has reached the age of 18 and wishes to receive advertising and informational mailings by e-mail).
  2. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (citizen).
  3. Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data, performed using automation tools or without using such tools. Such actions (operations) may include: collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
  4. The Client agrees to these Rules by entering his/her email address in a special field on the Advertiser's website with an offer to subscribe to the mailing list, and then clicking the "Subscribe" button (or "Submit request" or "Download presentation"). By performing the specified actions, the Client sends his/her email address to the Advertising Distributor for the purpose of further sending out advertising and information mailings via email.
  5. When subscribing to advertising and information mailings, as well as when sending an application for the provision of services, the Client provides the Advertising Distributor with the following information: name, email address, contact telephone number.
  6. By providing their personal data, the Client agrees to their processing (up to the Client's withdrawal of their consent to the processing of personal data) by Zhmak.info for the purpose of providing the Client with advertising and reference information and for other purposes. When processing personal data, the Advertising Distributor is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the Federal Law "On Advertising" and local regulatory documents.
  7. If the Client wishes to clarify personal data in the event that personal data is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated, or wishes to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data, the Client must send an official request to the Advertising Distributor in the following order: a letter with the subject "Clarify personal data" or "Stop processing personal data" to the email address mike@mailfit.com. The letter must indicate the email address and the corresponding requirement. When revoking consent to the processing of personal data, the Client also refuses to receive advertising and informational mailings.
  8. The Advertising Distributor uses the data provided by the Client for the following purposes:
  9. Sending advertising and informational messages;
  10. for carrying out activities to promote its services;
  11. evaluating and analyzing the work of the Advertising Distributor's system;
  12. determining the winner in promotions held by Advertisers (third parties in contractual relations with the Advertising Distributor, whose goods and services are advertised in mailings);
  13. analyzing the purchasing characteristics of the Client and providing personal recommendations
  14. informing the client about promotions, discounts and special offers of Advertisers through email mailings.
  15. The Advertising Distributor undertakes not to transfer the information received from the Client to third parties. It shall not be considered a violation for the Advertising Distributor to provide information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Advertising Distributor for the fulfillment of obligations to the Client and only within the framework of agreements. It shall not be considered a violation of this clause for the Advertising Distributor to transfer to third parties data about the Client in an impersonal form for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the operation of the Advertising Distributor's system, analyzing the purchasing characteristics of the Client and providing personal recommendations.
  16. The advertiser has the right to use "cookie" technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
  17. The advertiser receives information about the Client's IP address and information about the website from which the link was sent. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
  18. When processing personal data, the advertising distributor takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
